This is going to be basic and as simple as possible I was fired today 7/6 by the company Integrity Marketing located in Hazleton PA. I recieved my check and they didn't pay me for the tours I was promised I would be paid on.
Even with only 2 days of training and an hour on the phones I managed to book my first call right out of the gate in 20 minutes.
Thank God I had been trained by the largest and best elite Hotel and Resort chain in the world. Unfortunate for the other 12 people in my class they never had a chance.
What was awsome was that though our team were newbies we managed to outbook the older team when challenged 26 to 14. I knew what I had to do and the newbies were told to follow orders and follow the script that was given to us in training we were told to stick to it and not add anything to it.
Yet the older team was lying to people on the phones and telling them that it was a Open House not a timeshare tour to me that is fraud. They were being told if they came they would recieve 2 airline tickets and other gifts as well. (here's the catch in order to use the tickets you have to stay in their hotels with a 5 to 10 night minimum they also tell you that the hotel stays are discounted when they are not.
Well back to why I am writing this complaint it is because even though I was booking people everyday and had people showing for their tours the manager Cindi didn't like me from the get go. So I knew it was going to be a matter of time that she would find something to fire me over.
I was right! On Thursday 7/5 around noon I was given a note by the best friend of the manager it said: "Do you go out? Wanna go for a drink sometime? Let me know-" She wrote her number and signed her name. Well I felt uncomfortible but I wanted to let her know I do not go out because I am in a relationship and she said I need to get a life.
At the end of the day Cindi the manager put me down in front of the other women I was the only guy left all the others were fired. Not only did she put me down she said not to mention to the people on the phone that it is a timeshare and not to mention it is 90 minutes long to wait until the end.
I said that I was only going by the script they gave us in training and that we were told not to change it. She said not to use that script and to use hers. I was told to go home study it and come back Friday morning.
Well I told my girlfriend what happened and I said I feel that I am going to be fired because this girl I turned down. I felt she is going to go to her friend the manager and sure enough the next day in the morning they were talking about their childhood and that they grew up together I already mentioned to several people that I felt I was going to be fired I could see it in the behavior of the manager Cindi.
I booked this person on the phone this manager Cindi tried her hardest to get this person to say no or find a reason to not book her but she couldn't find anything wrong it was solid.
But it made her angry and asked me to go to the office where she began to tell me that she gave me a script to read and to stick to it and when I said I did she said I was not.
The owner Joel who never saw what was happening during the week took her side and asked me to listen not to say a word. He also mentioned that there are two things wrong here either I am not doing as I am told or Cindi is totally making this all up about me well I wanted to say to him that yes she is making it up. I was producing and doing my job but he didn't want to hear it. But because this friend of hers I know I was fired so I believe this gives me growns for a lawsuit I still have that note it is my evidence.
So if anyone is thinking of working for this company this company has no clue what they are doing and as for the name Integrity Marketing they are lying through their teeth and want people to do it and if you question their morals and don't lie like they want you to on their script they fire you. They are also lying through their ads they place everyday in the papers.
I mentioned earlier that I worked for a major Hotel and Resort chain well lets just say that after being with that major Hotel and Resort chain for 3 yrs in Las Vegas. I was asked to run a timeshare Resort in Mexico where I trained 50 employees had 4 offices all along the Mexican coast made them millions.
So I think I can say I know a little bit about the timeshare industry and about closing timeshare deals.
If it wasn't for the owner of that Mexico company being a thief and a liar I would have stayed with the company. I don't know why I thought this company Integrity Marketing was any different?"WARNING!" When you hear the word "TIMESHARE" run the other direction or if they call "HANGUP" every timeshare tour is high pressure even the major Hotels and Resorts the majority of people that attend these tours will get so upset and walk out and they never see their gifts and that is what they want or you will feel enough pressure and buy.
