I got a cell phone family plan service for my granddaughter. She has a 5 year old child. Befor i ordered it i call and talked several t-mobile rep on phone and person about service. They stated yes i would have service. No, no. It doesn't get service. The she has to drive 3 miles to get service. I have complained and want out of contract. This t-mobile co is very rude, nasty and don't care if we get service or not all they want is there money. I have ask to get out of contract, i will send phone back. No, no they won't do it.
I feel they have lied on several things.
I have ask if there rep would come to area and i will prove there isn't service. They don't have any one to do that. To bad they can sell junk.
Now they told me we had 15 days to complain. I called befor moved to this area they assured it will ge service no no. It took 6 days to get phone and i started calling. They got all kind of excuses why they like to screw the consumer.
I have had my cell phone with them for 6=7 years. I want out of both contracts. I don't need these lies when i can't even call 911 if i need it.
