Sells scripts, programs, hosting, installation, but does not deliver even after they have been paid.international

I purchased hosting, installation and a script from them, but did not receive absolutely anything for my $80.40. That was money that I had hoped to get a site started on, but they simply took my money, and gave me nothing in return.
