Unbelievably-i thought we were the only ones-they were always late, missed appt, whenever we called we got an answering service. They did a shotty install and we are so unsatisfied but they dont care they got our payment. The sales rep doesnt return our calls. And the lady who answere our call at the office-debra-she says she look into and make sure someone calls us back. But no one does. We have reported them to roc and bbb hopefully they will help us - i would never refer or reccommend this company to anyone. Stay away!
