This company is rated an "F" with the Better Business Bureau.

On April 10th I called about a rental listing that I saw online. I spoke to William who is a sales associate for this company. He informed me that in order to get the details of the listing, I would need to sign up for their service. He told me it was $60 and I would have unlimited access for 3 months. William told me that if I ended up renting a property that was not listed on their website, or if I decided to cancel my service for any reason, I would get a FULL $60 REFUND. I asked William specifically if my understanding was correct in that if I rented another property that was not through ezrentlist.com, that I could cancel the service and I would get a FULL REFUND back ($60). He told me I was correct.

I gave William my credit card information over the phone and he assigned me a password and I chose a username to log in. The same day, I was notified that I was awarded an apartment that I was interested in previously. I did not find this listing through ezrentlist.com. I requested to cancel my service with ezrentlist.com less than 24 hours after initially signing up.

Ezrentlist.com refused to honor the full refund that their sales person, William, promoted the service with. Their "Refund Manager" Mark, informs me I am only eligable for a $10 refund but that he will do me a favor and give me $30 back. He also told me that before I signed up for the service, their company policies were given to me. This is not true. I paid for the service over the phone after speaking to William. No disclosure was given or presented OR dictated to me.

For the last 11 days, I have called up to 3 times a day and have left numerous messages for William (Sales Associate), Mark (Refund Manager) and Chris (Manager/Owner). Not once have I received a call back. At one point I called and asked if Chris was available. Chriss receptionist, Anna, said yes he was and she would transfer me. She had no idea who I was. She came back on the line knowing full well who I was and what I was calling for without me saying anything. She tried to have me speakwith someone else and when I asked to speak with Chris, suddenly, Chris was unavailable. Chris's cowardly actions emphasize what a scam this website is.

I have been given the runaround with this company. Their sales associated misrepresented the company policies; they have lied, they have not acted ethically, and they have no sense of customer responsibility. They have wasted much of my time. A resolution could have been simple if someone/anyone had answered/returned my call. This company is rated an "F" with the Better Business Bureau because of situations like this. I will be sure to check companies more carefully before doing business with them.

I still have not received any money back!
