Dead beat dad ripoff

I just wanted everyone to know that my biodad, has movied to 11480 McDougald Rd, Broadway, NC 27505.
I have one half bother and three half sisters by this dad, Clevern Antoine Washington, known as Antoine Washington.

We have never met because he refuses to meet me, his own son. And I have never met my siblings because of him, or my grandma Linda.

He worked at Frontier Spinning Mills for about two years then Southern Industeral Contractors, now I don't know where he works.

If anyone can help me get a pic of him please do so. If anyone can tell my grandma I exsits please do so. Is it legal for me to get a copy of his mug shot? If yes how?
