They charge $19.95 on my account that i do not know for what. Also i never heard of that company, i call but they could not tell me how they got access to my informations Ripoff

This company call value plus charge me $19.95 from my account on something i never purchase or received. I call them but they could not explained why. So they told me that they will cancel it and they gave me a confirmation number.
