The above address is the last known address of Mr. Lomuscio to both myself and the Attorney General's Office of Texas. A court order was issued in August for Mr Lomuscio to pay child in the amount of 605.00 per month. This amount includes arrears of $30,484.54 as of July 31st 2006.
Since August I have received 7 payments (bi-weekly payments when he was working). 1 payment in Oct 2 payments in December and the final 3 payments in February. Every time a payment was missed I was on the phone to the Attorney Generals Office (AOG) finding out what the delay was this time. The reply was simple, "he no longer is employed here".
As of April 23, I was mailed yet another Order/Notice to Withhold Income for Child Support that was sent to the last known employer. Today May 23, I contacted AOG to be told again that they have contacted the employer and he was terminated from this job.
The AOG also told me that they do not have any idea of where he is, as all searches for him are coming up empty.
If anyone who reads this knows the whereabouts of him, I and my children would be grateful. Just a little background for all who may think what he is doing the right thing! He has 7 (or 8) children by 3 different wives, I have 4 of them as we were married for 12 years.
I have re-married and my husband has taken my boys as they were his own, providing for them and all. But as anyone who has teenagers (2 of mine are) knows that it is expensive to raise them. We have one son that is very active in the JROTC program at his High School, the next one is active in football and starting High school this Fall, which all have some monetary output; the youngest is not yet involved in school activities.
