Product design causes skin damage. Does not remove facial hair as advertized

Tweeze (Emjoi) as seen on TV advertizes the following:

New! Innovative technolocy removes hair from the root for soft, silky skin, stubble free.

The battery operated tweezer removes the smallest and finest hair with pinpoint precision.

The Vanish Cream which is a "gel" is provided to "retard" growth is provided but additional jars may be purchased.

Hair Removal does not happen and the "gel" reddens the skin

Their e-mail address DOES NOT exist. Unable to get thru to Customer Service.

A total "rip-off"&unable to contact anyone.

Beware and don't become "targared" as I did.
