I did not order this product. Someone in my houshold did with my credit card. I called to get a refund and they told me that I was responsable, and that the order was never cancelled. I didn't even know what was going on.
I told them I am going to send the product back and supervisor Laura K. Said they won't accept it. So I am stuck with a product I didn't order and $100.00 out of my account I didn't authorize.
This is the worst customer service I have ever come across. They talk so fast you cant get a word in and they don't listen.
I really hope that what comes around goes around!!!
