I was very shocked when I received notice of an overdraft from my bank. I called the bank and found out that Steelbridge Medical had charged my account $99.95 for a product that I had not ordered or at that time received.
I did order a product a few weeks earlier because they advertised a price of $5.95, which was immediately taken from my account. The $99.95 was taken out a few weeks later.
I called the company several times, and spoke to Kera, a manager. She was rude and told me that she would not consider giving me my money back, or if I tried to return the product once I received it, they would not accept it. She told me to write to Kera, another manager if I wanted to waste my time. I did write to Kera on September 7 but have not heard from anyone.
I called several times after that and they actually hung up on me.
