The opportunity of you running your own biz in less than a year is flat out redicilous, it's absurd the bullshit they will feed you. They have no incetive for you to get promoted. Take my advise save your time find something better, dont fall for the b*t.
YOU will go without pay for the next month, it's 100 % commission, they dont pay for anything, u have no insurance, no benefits None whatsoever, all u gona be doing is drive from biz to biz. All day, hoping u will sign someone, well what they dont tell you is the market is saturated so much, biz owners dont want you in there biz, they get so many.
Trust me you can do so much better, I know this because I used to work there for 1year, and never got to mgmt,
Greenville be aware if you decide to work there I recommend you ask holly, the owner, how many managers she promoted (she is in the biz for 3 years) dont be suprised when she says none, because it's true.
