Ive worked for ruby tuesday 9year and they took my raises1 month ago, before that they were not giving me any hours now sence i dont make nothing like i was they are working me like a dog for way cheaper, i just dont see how they can take a big amount like that, is it legal? I dont no but i did my work without nobody telling me, more than 5 dollars in raises and they took nearly half back it aint right, they say we cant take breaks, they say if were on the clock theres no smoking it dont matter were u go if they catch u your fired they say, thats crazy u should get 15 min break in 8 hours shift, me and one other guy is the only ones that will clean the restrooms thir allways filthy, managers dont cares its crazy, but i do and ive never been promoted, well who ever reads this thanks, i hope u can make a change
