Ought a portable dvd in nov for my 8 year old grandson. It worked less than a month then would not even scan a dvd.
I payed 25$ to mail it to them for repair. Got it back almost 5 weeks later was a total different player. This one worked less than a week now they waNT ME TO SEND THIS ONE BACK WHICH WILL COAST ME ANOTHER 25$. YOU know thats 50$ a little more and i have payed for a good one.
HOW DO YOU TELL A 8 YEAR OLD WHO LOVED HIS DVD IT DONT WORK WHEN HE WAS SO HAPPY WHEN HE GOT IT AND KNOWS HE JUST GOT IT BACK. He cant use it it dont work. I had to save to get this one its just not fair i have spent 25$ and now will have to spend 25$ more i dont have, no wonder people dont trust others.
