Michael White lied about his intentions completely. Promised to put my ex in jail upon appearing in court and guaranteed supervised visitation only! Instead, turns on my kids and myself and scares us into a nightmare agreement that ultimately causes my youngest son mental and physical abuse. I fired him in court and told the judge how my son was suffering from his actions taken in court. We were never allowed to tell the judge our case, not one word.
My ex is an abusive, ruthless and vengeful idiot. No judge in the country would have let this idiot file for custody if they knew his background. Criminal background for 20 years. All Michael White wanted was money. He does not care who he lies to.
He was ordered to return my original files by the judge and refuses to do so. He in fact, is best friends with my ex's attorney, Cecilia Wood from Austin, Tx. She told me after court in March, how friendly they were and have been for years.
