Can any one expalin to me, how and why a judge who granted me sole custody could "overrule" himself with out any reason and take my children away only to send them to their abusers.
Almost 2 yr trial where it was proven that the mother should not have custody, she is the one who commited fraud, kidnapped our children from our home, stole over $200,000 of items and pawned it she admitted to it, claims not to work but drives a $45,000 car goes on shopping sprees at Sacks in the Hamptons, lies to police cps and our children puts our children to lie for her. Second trial proven 110% again why she should not have custody, forensic psychologist diagnosed her with multiple mental disorders... Dr Lobel lied in to court tried to cover it up, despite of the proof the judge overruled him self sends my children to their abusers... HOW CAN THE SAME JUDGE OVERRULE HIMSELF WITH OUT ANY REASON!
Does the court enjoy when children are being abused?
She was proven by 2 judges to be a lier!
Abuses our children burns them as punishment, violates court orders and the court only help her by not punishing her for being in contempt of order 15 times...
PAS, Parental Alienation Syndrome in the worst way.
This case has to be public, two little children lifes are at stake
How can the same judge overrule himself when there was with out any reason!!!
