Misrepresented me to get money has been no help I dont need an attorney for an installment agreement North Highland

I was misrepresented tax advisor made false promises collected money, the next call I received was requesting how I am sending second Installment. I dont need to pay an attorney to get an Installment agreement from IRS. I can call and make those arramgements myself
