Wow, where do I start on this company which is by far the worst company we have ever worked with? Let's start with the quality of leads they deliver. They're garbage and they're lies. Half the people I talked to were never contacted by this company, some were revised so they fit the criteria that we ordered and were undoable, and others just weren't in the market period. We did what any company would do, call them and ask for a refund. That of course, wasn't as easy as it should have been.instead, they said they would replace those leads. We're still waiting for them.
After about 20 phone calls, we decided to just continue to ask for our money back because of the lack of service. That got us transferred to the "owner" Mike. He either doesn't answer his phone calls or hangs up right away when he finds out who it is on the phone. All calls after that were answered by "Tommy Callahan" from Tommy Boy and "the Jerky Boys" in character. We never got our money back and never got our leads.
I would recommend that no one do business with this company. I don't think they are a company, I think there is a group of 3 guys that just collect money because every time I call the owner is on vacation. Some life he must be leading. I would love to see their rebuttal because they have none other than they are SHADEBALLS!!
