Ben Anderson D/b/a I purchased & paid for a magazine from this seller through eBay & I never received it Ripoff

I won an eBay auction from Ben Anderson d/b/a Apropas Auctions, LLC in September for a 1972 Life magazine. He sent me an e-mail as kaylorcuit @ gmail.com stating:

"Thank you for checking out. Please email me after you have mailed your payment so that I can be on the lookout for it. Thanks:)."

To date (March), I have not received the item. I have sent numerous e-mails to Ben & I have never received a response.
