Ardent Property Management is an invisible company spreading from Ohio to Flordia. Management for Ardent contributes funds for lobbing our State and Local Governments in return for protection from the government and its consummer complaints. At least this is what I believe.
Take a look at the BBB website at Triangle Realty and you will find numerous cases of fraudulant charges against this company.in fact, the president of the company has listed on the BBB site that they will no longer respond to BBB complaints.instead, they changed their name to Ardent Property Management.
My complaint is unfair water and sewage charges. For some reason their apartments are allowed to be built with one water meter. Residents will share in the cost of water and sewer and agree to a processing fee. (A billing fee). At no time does the resident ever see the actual bill from the local water company.in fact, the billing company for the water and sewer are exclusivly hired for Ardent Property's.
An average home in our area consisting of 4 people use about $23.00 in water a month. If you live at Forest Brooke Apartments and have a family of 4 your bill will be $100.00 for water if their pro-rating is done per person. Which they say it is.
The Public Utilites Commission will not help with this injustice, nor will our representatives. I am beginning to believe it is corruption in the government.
