Carl L. Gilbert, originally from Illinois. Now residing somewhere in Florida. Owes his biological son and I $28K in child support, plus interest. He keeps switching jobs, probably works sometimes for cash. The longest I've ever rec'd child support was for MAYBE 2 years.
I recently rec'd another order for withholding for his employer. I'm sure he'll quit this job too and find another temporary employment agency to work for.
He has many brothers and sisters. One brother, Jim Gilbert, knows about my son and has done nothing over the years to even see him (thats free). If his other relatives know and have done nothing, they're deadbeats too!
The State of IL does not enforce jail time, license suspension, parental locator listings, etc. I've rec'd 1 tax return in the amount of $400 a couple of years ago, nothing before that, and nothing since. He's probably not filing anymore since any refund is suppose to go directly to me. Why isn't the IRS looking at him?
I've contacted Child Support Enforcement and the Gov's office. No actions.
Why are these criminals protected???
