They said my $250.00 would be put back into my acct. And it has been 3 monthes

I was contacted in august about a credit card and later found out it was not what they had told me about it and after contacting them numerous times i was told my $250.00 would be put back into my acct. Within 10 days and it was never returned into my acct.
