On January 19th I went to get gas in my car and found out I had no money in my account. I went online and found a charge of $159.95 and called my bank to find out what it was. Edp took this money out of my account without my authorization. I went to my bank and filed a complaint. It is still being reviewed.
I call the 1800 number to find out who these people and and got a voice recording saying they were open between 9:00am and 5: pm it was 10:30 with i called. I called back again and still got the recording. I called 2 or 3 times a day for 4 days straight and got nowere.
I am hoping the bank refunds the money and and the overdraft charges.
I would like to sue these people if i just know who they were. I have seen a lot of complaints with EDP and would like to get a few people to go in ewith me and sue.
