Rusty Tantillo is a dead beat Dad who is 10,744.24 behind in child support for his 2 beautiful little girls, ages 9 and 5. They have not heard from him in 2 years, and can not even pick his picture out of a photo album.
I have tried all areas of the legal services provided to me to have him located and the back child support paid along with setting up new payments. I even called the police department he was work for in Montgomery Co. To advise them of his default of a child support court order and they just let him go, did nothing to make him pay.
My next step was to file contempt charges against him and have him arrested and have the money start coming in again. Once again, nothing from the courts other than telling me that he had a warrent out for him. I asked about assistance from the ADC and they told me I would get 17.00 per week for 2 kids because I make to much money. What is that about? No one seems to care to find out what he makes.
Finally, I sent letters to every government official I could think of in Ohio (where I live) and Texas (where he lives) and even sent a letter to the President. The only responses I got were automated phone calls telling thank you for my concern and they would work on it and a letter that told me to contact my local child support agency. Well, no kidding.
My 5 year old does not even remember him and my 9 year can not pick him out of a photo. I must say the our divorce was evenly accepted and he did pay support and call on occasion before the final call a year and a half ago saying that he could not afford to support the girls and wanted to relinquish his parental rights. Now that sounds like a real Dad there doesn't he?
Please help me find him! I am getting desperate.
