My boss bought my family a large gift from figi's for christmas it was ordered middle of dec. And they paid for faster delievery. I never recieved the gift and upon tracking it went to sc. Not nc. We called and they sent another basket out with corrected address and agien it was no correct in there computer.
So again we call and change address again and it was still going to sc. It is now jan. 10 2007 and we still do not have package and they have never offered a refund. Also today they said they have reshipped it again guess to where? What a joke. So either they need new computer systems or new employees.
