I had a membership to Ifriends for a while, but cancelled when i started having fanclub charges appear on my CCBill that were unauthorised, i had never clicked to accept any monthly charges for membership to any fanclub.
I completed an online form and recieved confirmation that my account and fanclub membership had been cancelled, but this morning received another CCBill with the monthly $29.99 on it.
I called the toll-free number and spoke to a quite disinterested guy who said that the terms of fanclub membership were accessible thru a link on the relevant Cam providers page. I didn't sign up to a chargeable fanclub, and certainly did not knowingly agree to an ongoing monthly chrge of thirty dollars!
As a 'goodwill' gesture he said he'd refund the last charge, but i am not satisfied with this.
If ifriends are truly commited to customer service, then surely they'd refund all of the monthly charges for an unused feature of their website
Steer clear of ifriends - what seems like a laugh initially can cost a bomb.
