I was looking at screensavers on their website. I found one that I liked and ordered it. I have a new laptop. The next day my Norton security system locked as well as my email. The only thing I installed the day before was their screensaver. I immediately uninstalled the screensaver and rebooted my laptop. At that point I everything worked fine. I have asked over and over for a refund. The company claims that in no way could it be their software, but what am I to think. They offer a 30 day money back quarantee, of which they have now inofmred me that it is only if the product is deffective. They have offered me another any screensaver that I may want, but I am afraid to install anything from their company. After a week of emailing, they still will not refund my money.
