I placed an order and they accepted my payment but no merchandise was ever sent. Ripoff

I placed an order December 3rd and my payment went through a few days later but no merchandise has ever been sent. I tried to call about the status of the merchandise but the box is full! I tried to email them but have not received any responses.

Buyers beware!!
