Freedom Gold told me they were going to send me a package 7-14 days for me to look over and decide if I want the service.
I never seen a package or letter stating anything about their service.
However, they took $149.00 out of my checking account. Now they tell me to write a lettet stating that I want to cancel the service for which I have seen any papers.
Freedom Gold told my bank that I verbally agreed for the to take the money out of my account.
How could I have when I talked to a lady in the middle of November and the only thing she stated was she was going to send me the information to look over.
And that was the end of our conversation.
