I have tried to cancel my efax account on more than one ocassion. Each time, I received the same run around. They ask me why I am cancelling and then they offer to give me 2 months free. They then tell me that I have to get back with them to finalize the cancellation. Each time, I explained that I have the same capability to fax through my business laptop. They "SUGGEST" that I take the 2 free months.
The only thing that happens if you cancel after the 2 free months is that you get billed all over again! I even tried showing them that I have not used EFAX in over 6 months!
WHAT A RIP OFF! Do not use EFAX unless you are committing to using them for life! I will keep everyone posted to see if I get my promised refunds back.
