I had financed a computer from BlueHippo Financial Co. Last October 05.
I finished paying for my computer the 1st week of September of 06. I was suposed to receive my free gifts which were a laser printer & a digital camera.
I have tried to contact the corporate office 4x's by email and have not gotten any response.
I have called every week to there supposed customer service at 1-800-778-4018, sometimes I have spoken to a rep & they tell me that they are investigated the matter & still have gotten no results.
Some times when I call this number is tells me "all circuts are busy.
I am finding out now that I have done more research that this has happened to many other people.
What can I do about this situation & how do I receive what I supposedly paid for even though they said it was free. But the amout that I paid for the computer should include the cost of these two items since I paid around $2,000.00 for just a computer. I know it was to much but it was the only way I could get a computer for my kids to use for school.
Please advise me what my next step should be.
