I Purchased the stormvac by phone. It was a totally computerized call. I ordered one and was sent and billed for two. The shipping on the extra was 47.00. At no time during the call was I told the amount of the shipping. I was told by the C.S. Rep. That the computer did not make mistakes and I was welcome to send the one back for credit (at my expense) but they would not adjust the shipping charge.
The C.S. Rep. Was very rude and told I would be wasting my time to contact anyone else including my credit card company. Not only that, one of the units has stopped working and now cannot get through to the C.S. Number. Holding for over an hour is ridiculous.
