Mother was contacted to purchase magazines. She stated she did not want them! NO NEW MAGAZINES. At end of conversation was told it would cost $149.95 but never told money would be taken from her checking account and never agreed to it! Contacted company to cancel and was told it had already shipped. I talked to person at 2:00 PM and package was shipped at 8:01 PM. Customer Service will not call me back or give any assistance to staight this out.
