Shawn Bensley, Sr. Left me and my children to get a pizza and never came back. That was in July. Since that time he has fallen over $5000 behind in child support that he owes for our son. Mr. Bensley has another child residing in New York that he does pay support for. He has stated that he doesn't have to pay my support since he's not in Georgia. Mr. Bensley has not seen my son in over 2 years.
I have called and asked him to purchase new shoes for our son, but he couldn't even send the $10 to do that. His parents are dead-beat grandparents as well! His own grandparents couldn't even get a pair of shoes for my little boy. Mr. Bensley and his immediately family lived and sponged off of me for two years and didn't even have the common decency to help me with bills. They all up and left and went back to New York leaving me all alone with a child to raise and in debt up to my ears.
Please let this man know what a DEADBEAT DAD he is! I really need to get my child support and can't seem to get any assitance from Child Support here in Georgia because of the case being transferred to New York. I have also made several attempts to allow Mr. Bensley to speak to his son over the phone, but he is not interested. The bag boy at my local grocery store knews my son better than his own father does.
