Ripoff fraudulent business

After several calls (and being hung up on) They sent me to voicemail.

Get this, you either have to use thier merchant account, or they bill you for an "automation fee" so you can use your own.

You can't use your own server and shopping cart, you must use thiers at $9.95 per month.

Customer service hangs up all the time.

You MUST send the package back to recieve a refund, there is a video, and a cdrom of the same content, no program for your computer, just instructions.

I'll update here if I do recieve refund, but I am NOT holding my breath.
