I have had my share of Drive Time AKA Ugly Duckling. I had to get a lawyer to get the company they gave my file to, to stop them from calling my place of employment. They repossessed my vehicle last year after I paid to get another engine place in the vehicle. I did not have the opportunity to pick up the vehicle before it was taken. I was out of $1500.00.
With that being said I came back to this site to see how many other people they have violated. I see that several people across the U.S. Have been affected or taken advantage of by this company. I am definitely in agreement for filing a Call Action Law Suit so that they will not continue to prey on more people. Especially, people who have not established credit and people who have credit problems that they are dealing with at the current time.
I am leaving my email address, so that people who have been affected by Drive Time to contact me so that we can come together and get something done about this company. The only way that we are going to let this company know that we are not going to be taken advantage of anymore is if we stand together and have our information together when it is time to present the information to a judge so that he or she can rule on our behave.
