James Marcy National Pharmacy Network Scam phone call to my wife to sign up for online work at home business, promise 100% return or money back, didnt make money, never refunded even after calling them! Scam, nevada

My wife recieved a phone call from a woman about a year ago who was selling an opportunity for her own online business called, "National Pharmacy Network." The woman said it is a great way to make money, just tell some friends about it and you will be making money by selling prescription drugs online. Although my wife hesitation she decided she would give it a shot and risk a $298 deposit plus shipping and handling of $30.

A few weeks later a package came in the mail and it included a black leather binder with a packet of papers, and on the first yellow page there it was the, "REFUND POLICY" and it clearly states today, "The risk free guarantee on your campaign is contingent on 1 full year of performance. If for some reason you don't make at least 100% of your money back on the setup cost of the website from all the prescriptions generated over the first 12 months online, call our office and we will cut you a check for the difference"

A year later, after advertising, calling, emailing friends, marketing and not a penny earned we called the number that was included in the packet. (800)-734-1096... We waited for the voice on the other side to say, "press one for customer service, press two for quality control." My wife pressed one and spoke to a man on the customer service end. The man said that she would need to talk with quality control, and said that the only way to talk to quality control is by having Quality control call her or email her (since there is not in-line phone for quality control at the office.) So she asked the man to please have quality control contact her about her refund. We never heard from quality control.

After a month of calling customer service and hearing the same man state, "I will have James call you with Quality control" My wife and I got very fed up! We were trying to recieve our money that we paid by Credit Card back, and the only person we could talk to was someone who easily stood behind the fact that he had nothing to do with the refunds of the company, and that the only man who could, "JAMES" had to contact her. She could not contact him, because he only had an outbound phone.

We waited another month to hear from James at Quality control, but got no response. So I, the testostrone driven individual that I am, called my attorney and asked him what I needed to do, and guess what my attorney said, "Pay me $200 dollars and I will tell you." So at that point I had it with fees, cost, problems, frustration, pain, agony, lies, deciet, sin, and Satan, and I called the (800)-734-1096 and spoke with someone by the name of Jason, and grunted, "Jason, I need to talked with James at Quality Control regarding the lawsuit I have filed against your company, I will expect a phone call from him today! So have him call me at my phone number, which I supplied. And wouldn't you know it? I recieved a phone call 4 hours later from James and from what I understand his last name is MARCY. James Marcy,

So James, the man my wife waited to hear from for the last 2 months, called after a Lawsuit was threatened. And James called me yelling at me about "Who was I to threaten a law suit... His company wasn't a get rich quick scheme, and if my wife placed the package on top of the refridgerator expecting to make money, that she was wrong, and he was not going to issue a refund because she didn't advertise, and how my wife never called their customer service for help, and how she spent no money on advertising." And I replied astonished, it seemed he had a script for numerous calls and complaints about False Advertisements, I said to James, I said "James your company suggest that if for any reason there is not a 100% return that she would recieve a refund, and now you are adding to the requirments stating she must place so much money on advertising, when she did in fact advertise, call, market, and try her best to use this program. James stated that he needed to talk with my wife and get proof of all this marketing for the last year in order to issue a refund, unfortunately my wife wasn't home.

Well guess what folks, you can't prove phone calls, emails, verbal communication, what James was saying was simple, "I will not issue a refund, I will keep your $300, I have lied to your face so have your wife call me, because I am not calling you back. I will rape people as much as I want and no one can do anything about it. $300 isn't a large enough amount of money to call an attorney, and I will my odds of more people not trying to pursue a refund and keep a large amount of profit for myself"

So still today, I call the (800)-734-1096 asking the people at customer service to have James call my wife, and everyday I do not get the phone call.

Be aware of this company, I am researching the information to file my own claims against this company for Breach of Contract, False Advertisment, and personal damages. If you hear from this company, please do yourself a favor and say no.
