All in all I lost over $3000.00. The scam is that you need to submit and insurance deposit to aquire a loan and they prey on people in desperate need.in my experience, I was about to file for bankruptcy. This process was dragged out for months and the scam artist who identified himself as John Phillips stayed in constent contact with me which made me think this was a real company. They have you Western Union funds to Canada (where this insurance agency supposedly is) and the loan funds are promised to be deposited within 24 hours into your bank account. I went through this three times (like an idiot), because the agent was so convincing of the problems and assured me each time, would be the last deposit and I would get my funds. I of course got more and more desperate with each transaction made. I lost everything that i had to this scam. This company / person contacted me. They were listed with no adverse remarks on the bbb web site. If you are contacted by venture capital or anyone asking for a deposit for a loan it is not legal. I have contacted the FTC and found that (big surprise) the address does not exist and no one is able to be found in relation to this illegal activity.
