My son called me from jail in Pasco county, Fl last week a few times. Using the only option he had, calling me collect of course. Then Sat I recived a call from Corectional Billing Services telling me I had exceded my call limit. I was under the impression that the calls were using Sprint as stated when I hit 0.in my opinion this is nothing less that fraud. When I accepted the collect calls from my son the message said "thank you for using Sprint". Well after calling Sprint I was informed that they don't have collect calling services. Is CBS hiding behind a false clam? It sure looks like it to me. Not only is this company missleading us but isn't the County or State using this company also responsable for the deception? Well here is what I have done. I called verizion today and had all outside billing blocked. Hopefuly this will put a stop to this in my case. If any Attorney is reading this don't it sound like a federal class action suit is in order? I think so! Look at the merit of my opinion. If I come to your house and say "I am with XYZ.inc" and then over charge you for services under another company name isn't that fraudulant? At best it is SPAM! Buyer Beware my hind end. I am going to fight this one anyone with me?
