I have been charged $29.95 per month from both the companies listed below & I did not authorize these charges let alone do I even know what these charges are for, AP9*TODAY'S ESCAPES & AP9*24PROTECTPLUS, I have contacted my bank & I am trying to get this matter resolved, I also had to cancel my bank card so no more charges would be deductied from my account—I now have to fight to get my money back if even possible, that they took from my account since May when I just now became aware of the charges on 10/06 of the deductions from my account. What right does this company have to do this to so many people, I hope more people become aware of it before it happens to them... I'm not happy about this & I feel my privacy rights have been violated. I will fight until I get this matter resolved one way or another, my next step is to contact consumor affairs wether they settle this account or not.
