Michael J. Dow is the elected Highway commissioner for Lisle Township. He has posted no left turn signs in a remote part of the town (Elinor/College, Chase/College streets) which only benefits himself and friends / relatives of his.
The nearby cities (Downers Grove, Woodridge) have provided Mr. Dow with traffic studies that show he has created a hazardous traffic problem and, there have been automobile accidents in the area since he has posted the signs.
Mr. Dow has obviously abused his authority and, his irresponsible actions also put the residents in jeporday if the Township is sued as a result of his mis-management.
