I went to o'brien employment to apply for a job. I spent 35 minutes in their office to fill out the application, drug test, and interview. This guy named sam is the one who interviewed me. Guess what? He got poor customer service skills, he looks like a drug user and looks like just got out from f*ing a dog. While he was in the middle of my interview, he keeps on saying "hold on a second" and he talks to someone on his cellphone. Before i leave his office, he asked me to call him back the next two days. After two days, i called him, i mentioned my name, i said i want to follow up my application and etc. He said, " could i get your contact number?" so i gave my number and he said ok i'll just call you back and hang-up.
After days of wating, i called him back again! This guy who answers the phone (either sam or shawn) is very unclear! They need to study about how to answer the phone in a right way and in the correct manner. So i said, i want to follow up my application. They told me again that they will just call me back.
After hanging up the phone, i will never expect from them! They are the people who have the most and worst customer service, not pleasant, not friendly, they keep you wating for nothing, and according to my friends and friends of friends, they are nothing but crap because they just make people expect for nothing. O'brien employment don't do anything to help people get the job. Plus, really really poor customer service.
To OBRIEN EMPLOYMENT, if you think you can't help an individual find their dream career, please say so. Don't keep people expecting from you! And change your ways of servicing the customers. If you continue working on your bad customer service, i suggest that you SHUT DOWN YOUR AGENCY!
