I ordered one of those cool fans and found out they don't perform as addvertised. I sent an email telling the company i wanted to cancel the order. I received a response telling me that i couldn't cancel because the item was shipped. I refused item when it was delivered and it was sent back on9/19/06.
Now i just received my credit card statement and the charge of $23.85 was entered on my statement. I feel this is unjust because i don't have the item and i feel i should be reimbursed for the $23.85
