The used cars dept. Made me an offer then wouldn't honor it. The salesmen, (including the manager Richard, Hunter and Marvin,) wouldn't return my phone calls. One saleman said they often used "what if " offers just to keep us on the lot. He futher went on to say that trying to contact the G.M. Of McKenna would be fruitless because I would never get a return phone call because he is so busy. Even after speaking with yet a fourth salesman, he then offered me a "deal" at 3000.00 more than the previous offer they wouldn't honor. Bad business indeed. They have since offered the car for 1000.00 more than it was being offered last week. Also, the same car is being advertized on the internet for 1000.00 less.
