Home Team Advantage is a total ripp-off. John Ostendorf and Doug Livingston are so full of lies and deceit... They are NOT qualified to re-novate a bathroom much less build a 1000 sq ft master bedroom addition. They will not show up on the job, have a revolving door of employees and will make your life miserable. I only wish I knew what I know now..
John Ostendorf and Doug Livingston were both arrested in 2004 under a different company name for ripping people off for nearly $1M and never performing work. They re-incorporated in 2005 and still perform the same shabby business practice. John Ostendorf will not return phone calls and make his phone unavailable to receive messages. They are truly heartless. The 2-6 months they tell you it will take to do your job will be milestones longer. I promise you for I know.
I suggest all to take the time to file a complaint with the Department of Professional Business Regulations (DPBR) in Tallahassee to get scum bags like this out of our community!!
