We were fortunate to get some of our money back from these people. Still, we lost $4,000.00. No work was ever done.
We learned that going to mediation only means that both parties agree to negotiate. It does not guarantee that you will recover your money. Also, you have to pay to go to mediation.
When we started working with these people we checked them out and their record with the state was clean. Only after we were involved did we find out that they had lawsuits pending. Check the Sun-Sentinel (sun-sentinel.com) for articles about them.
