Well where do we start.
5 pay issues in less than 2 years and told my immediate supervisor he actually went on vacation and didn't pass it on. So, I talked to our so called local HR and she said what is your number I will call you right back, two weeks later and no call I called the Immediate Supervisor... It only took over 6 weeks to get my hours correct, I asked for a "local" payment due to hardship it was causing and he laughed.
Double charged for my card... I was told I cannot read and understand, when I asked the what "year to date" means and why it was twice charged it was something else, however, I conctaced a regional person and ended up credited.
FMLA. My doctor signed off on my FMLA and I submitted it to my Immediate Supervisor because we don't have a real HR person just a fake one, lol. My Immediate Supervisor told me in an email "I'm not trying to be smart but you don't qualify for FMLA because it is for Family's" I was shocked that someone could make that statement, I had issues with this with him before so I even gave him the links to DOL with the policy. He still said NO. I told them when I knew of my wife's procedure and requested my 2 hours off... They tried to make me use a whole day off vice 2 hours. I did work up a back up plan because I figured they would be lazy and try to just deny it so I did have coverage but I wouldn't use it since the office wanted to do this rather I called the State DOL and of course he was shocked and just said give him my name and number and don't worry about work. Ironically, within 5 mins. Of sending him the number, somebody had just came in off vacation and was available to work my two hours but he had the nerve to say "you wouldn't work with me on this"
Incredible. Anyone else have issues like this?
