Company was to be sold, director of nursing and human resources aware of, employee told to get fmla (Family medical leave of absence), knowing that company to be sold, I believe that because of medical disability of having diabetes and hypertension that I was discriminated due to filing fmla prior to sell out and believe that director of nursing knew of consequences of being on fmla, that I would not be hired as a disability and feel I was set up to be discrimitated due to disability, as a result I was terminated and told that no one on work comp, med leave, maternity leave, or fmla would be rehired, I have now learned that an employee is now been rehired from maternity leave and now feel that I have been discriminated due to my medical condition and feel that this company should be investigated for all focus care, The day this happened was 2-28 and I was called and left message of unemployment
