I recently asked for a refund for the original program I purchased from the TV info commercial, because the woman that took my order had said that it was a one time charge on my debt. Card. I was charged the following month for another $40. I called to see what this charge was for and was told that I was in a four month cycle of billing to cover the full amount. Full Amount??? Then when I received my program, one of the CD's were cracked and I could not even listen to it. I called three times to see if a new replacement could be sent out. Well it has been seven weeks now and nothing.
Meanwhile, I was high pressured to sign on to the Protg program for $1495.00 which I put on a credit card. They first wanted $2995!!! Five days later, I received lesson one... Telling me to re-read the material!!!
Now for approximately $1600... You are telling me to read a booklet!!!
I then called them back and spoke with several people. They all told me I may have to wait up to 24 hours to speak with a Quality Assurance team member. This was unacceptable. I have about $1600 on line and I wanted answers now. I wanted my credit card credited
Mr. Justin Kent called me about an hour later. His mannerisms was slick, and tried to tell me there is no refund policy. This is unheard of!!! He also informed me that I had not checked my protg website to see the following four more lessons that were available to me. We were at a stand-off. I told him that I would look at the lessons. I went to the website to sign in and I was blocked out.
Does anyone out there want to file a class-action suit against these theives!!!???
