My 2 sons are now 21 and 24, and their deadbeat father still has yet to pay back nearly $40,000 in child support. Occassionally $100.00 will appear in my account, but we'll all be dead and buried before we ever see the end of this.
I've had to support myself and the two boys without child support for the majority of their pre 18 years, so this was hard on me and I don't have much to my name these days due to the financial hardship he forced me to suffer through.
Daniel also has a long time warrant for his arrest in North Dakota, where we were divorced 20 years ago, but we'd need to drag his butt into that state so he could be picked up on it as it's only good in North Dakota. This warrant is for non-payment of child support.
Daniel avoided and still avoids paying child support by working for jobs that pay cash. At one time we knew he had 3 jobs, all paying cash. My sons and I are in Wisconsin, so it's too difficult for one of us to try catch his illegal employers in the act.
